Trivandrum vibes 🍛🌴
Had the most jaw-dropping brekkie with those appams and egg curry—lekker! The service was super sharp-sharp, especially Aishwarya, she really made us feel at home. Plus, the in-room dining was just a joy, like having a restaurant delivered to the door!
The sound from the street could be a bit noisy at times, but we managed to chill.

prime spot for strolling to local attractions and landmarks
My experience was fabulous with the property being in a prime location, very near to key attractions like the Kerala Science and Technology Museum and the Thiruvananthapuram Zoo, allowing for easy walking tours. plus, the breakfast spread was absolutely delightful with a variety of options that made each meal a treat.

convenient access, clean facilities, ample parking
The view from Room 611 is dismal, overlooked by old government buildings!!! Soundproofing is inadequate, with noise from the street intruding!!! Outdated washroom amenities need urgent upgrades!!! Dining options could use more protein selections!!!

Staying at Hilton Garden Inn in Thiruvananthapuram felt like a home away from home. The spacious King Room offered comfort with great pillows, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Breakfast was a standout feature. Special thanks to Amit, the restaurant manager, who ensured I had everything I needed each morning. I loved the variety of dishes available, especially the well-prepared South Indian selections. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently attentive and accommodating. I did notice the swimming pool area was small, lacking adequate sun protection which could be a downside given the high UV index in Kerala. The hotel’s decor is in need of a refresh, as it felt a bit tired in some areas. Plumbing issues were also apparent. a faint smell lingered in some common areas which was quite off-putting. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive, thanks to the friendly team who worked hard to enhance my stay.

The breakfast was a highlight, especially the diverse spread of authentic South Indian food, catering well to our children's tastes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our family feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was spacious enough for our twin bed setup, which was perfect for our little ones.
We encountered a persistent smell in the common areas during our stay, which was a bit off-putting.
